Sept 8th. 8°. 35. — Pricked twice 3 leaves (Yellow sticks) one old — I touched 1 or 2 central glands (owing to sensibility of leaf in withdrawing needle) but this wd cause that tent alone to bend) see if all bend — the lines of transmission injured — needle driven through do — the upper surface is sensitive. cd I scratch upper surface.
