Royal Soc. 1868 (no. 104) p 524. - It will suffice to give conclusion "The greatest number of abnormalities in each subject is found in the males" (add nothing else - but say that he had previously remarked p. 519. "Altogether in 102 subjects these variations of redundancy were found to be half as many again in males as in females, contrasting widely with the greater frequency of deficiency in females before described."
