After about Q. acts killing other ds. add principle being the good of the community - So with man in lower tribes & how with savages the law of blood-revenge, which included not only the murderer but his family, even his young children, that what we look at as morally most odious atrocious was by them held as the most sacred duty, & no doubt the law was advantageous in the violent societies.
