Some A curious case have been recorded of an idiot degraded, perhaps some with degenerated brains, & their mental powers degraded as if by revenge almost to the level of a brute, their powers as the base animals, which have been extremely hairy back, [loins], & shoulder were covered with hairs one or two inches in length.
