Beneath the sketch is a note as follows: 'Dear Browne, From the adjoined photo out of the 'Morning Post' it appears one of Darwin's descendants has been caught and put in the zoo. Poor thing! yours always, W Logsdair'. The newsclipping in question is EH88202939, of an albino monkey. Scrap of paper in good condition, pencil note becoming faded however.
